How To Book Your Therapy Session:

Please follow these simple steps to book your appointment just in a few seconds:

 

  1. Select Your Date: Choose the date you’d like to schedule your therapy session from the available calendar.

1.1. Important: All displayed times are in the GMT-7 time zone, LA time. Please convert this
to your local time to avoid any confusion: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingtime.html 

2. Submit Your Booking: Click the “Submit” button to send your booking request.

3. Payment Required: Immediately after submitting your booking, please choose your desired product (for example – individual therapy) and put it in your cart. Then complete the payment to secure your appointment.

4. Pending Approval: Your therapist will receive a notification of your booking request. It will remain “Pending Approval” until payment is confirmed.

5. Payment Verification: We will match your payment to your selected booking date within your profile.

6. Booking Confirmation: Once your payment is verified, your booking will be approved, and you’ll receive a confirmation notification in your email.

7. Ready for Your Appointment: You’re all set! Get ready for your scheduled therapy session. I look forward to seeing you.

8.In case of cancellation: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else in need and ensures our team’s time is  well respected. We appreciate your understanding!
