Terms of Service

Anywhere Therapy – Nicole Evors, MSc., Healthcare Psychologist & Psychotherapist
Effective from: 1 October 2026

1. Introductory provisions

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Nicole Evors, MSc. (the “Therapist” or “Provider”) and the natural person using psychological, counselling or psychotherapeutic services (the “Client”). The Provider is Nicole Evors, a sole trader registered in the Czech Trade Register, with place of business in Prague 8, Czech Republic (contact: info@anywhere-therapy.com, WhatsApp +45 91 63 75 19). The services provided are not healthcare services within the meaning of Czech Act No. 372/2011 Coll.

2. Booking a session

• Sessions are booked by written or telephone agreement via WhatsApp, e-mail or the booking system on anywhere-therapy.com.
• A booking becomes binding once the Therapist confirms the appointment.
• For clients under 18, a signed consent form from a legal guardian is required before care can begin.

3. Payment terms

• Session fees follow the current price list published on anywhere-therapy.com.
• Sessions are paid online by card directly on anywhere-therapy.com when booking, no later than 48 hours before the session. Payment is processed through the secure Stripe payment gateway; the Therapist neither sees nor stores card details.
• If a session is not paid on time, the booking lapses without compensation.

Deposit when starting therapy. A client starting therapy always pays in advance a deposit equal to the price of two sessions, in addition to the payment for the first session. The deposit is non-refundable. It is not used to pay for ongoing sessions but is used for the two final sessions at the end of the therapeutic work. If the Client decides to end the work, the deposit is used for the two final sessions; if the Client does not use them, the deposit is forfeited and not refunded. If the work is ended by the Therapist, any unused deposit is refunded to the Client.

4. Cancellation policy

• Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: free of charge. The payment is transferred to another appointment or refunded.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance: the cancellation fee is 100% of the session price. The payment is not refunded and the session is forfeited.
• If the Therapist cancels, the Client will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.
• The non-refundability of the deposit under Article 3 is not affected by this provision.

5. Sessions and communication

• Format: sessions take place online, or in person in Copenhagen by prior arrangement. All online consultations and written or telephone communication take place exclusively via WhatsApp on +45 91 63 75 19.
• Punctuality: a late arrival does not extend the session. The Therapist waits 15 minutes; after that, the session is considered a no-show and is forfeited without compensation.
• Setting: for online sessions, the Client is responsible for ensuring a private, quiet and safe environment.
• No crisis intervention: the services do not include crisis intervention. In an emergency, please call 112 or your local emergency number.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential. The Therapist is bound by a code of ethics and professional confidentiality. The only exception is the statutory duty to report certain criminal offences under the Czech Criminal Code. Anonymised case material used for professional supervision never allows the Client to be identified.

7. Personal data protection (GDPR)

The Therapist processes the Client’s personal data (name, e-mail, phone number, and where applicable an e-mail for calendar invitations) solely to provide the services, organise appointments and keep basic records, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Data is not shared with third parties, except for necessary processors (such as the payment gateway or web hosting provider). Details are available in the Privacy Policy.

8. Final provisions

By placing an order, paying for a session or signing this document, the Client (or their legal guardian) confirms that they have read these Terms of Service in full, understand them and agree to comply with them.
