'Together, we can achieve more_'
Meet Nicole Evors, MSc.
Building on my 13 years‘ experience in the field, my background includes diverse experiences across the US (Washington D.C. and California) and Spain, with undergraduate studies in Vienna, Austria, and a Master’s degree in Science from Lund, Sweden. Copenhagen, Denmark, is where I call home. Originally, I was born in beautiful Prague in Central Europe where I partially grew up in the city and northern mountains skiing and snowboarding from a small age.
My passion for understanding others and fostering connection began at a young age, and the story has it that at four, I shared a simple yet profound dream: to have „a nice and cozy room where I’m going to talk to people.“ This early intuition truly set the course for my career.
My formal education in psychology began with a college preparation course, progressing to a comprehensive undergraduate program — first in Applied Psychology and Intercultural Management, then to Psychology — and a Master of Science from Sweden. For the past 13 years, I’ve cultivated broad experience in various settings, including psychology, psychotherapy, psychiatry, and social work.
Apart from that, I focus on sport, personal training for dysbalances, and yoga, nutrition and diet are incredibly important to me. I also cultivate a deep passion for culture, exploring art, history, and global traditions, which often blends with my love for literature and its ability to transport me to new perspectives. These pursuits are always perfectly complemented by a well-brewed cup of coffee, a ritual that offers both comfort and inspiration.
I also deeply value presence and being in the moment, recognizing the power of stillness and even simply doing nothing to recharge and reflect. This holistic approach, encompassing everything from physical well-being to cultural immersion and mindful presence, is something I share with, you, my clients as I strive to optimise and enhance your fundamental life experience. And of course, I believe true joy stems from spontaneity and staying connected with our inner child.
My therapeutic foundation is Dasein Analysis. This highly insightful, phenomenological approach focuses on understanding your unique worldview and acknowledging you as a whole person with inherent potential. And that is exactly how I am going to welcome you! In our warm and collaborative sessions, we will together work towards unfolding your full potential.
You don’t need to prepare anything for our time together—simply come as you are, and we will work collaboratively to explore your experiences and support your meaningful personal growth.
Imagine a space where you can truly be yourself, a place where your thoughts and feelings are not just heard, but deeply understood.
Nicole Evors, MSc.
Licensed Therapist and Psychologist
Verified Therapy Counseling
As a licensed therapist and psychology graduate, I offer you that space. With over ten years dedicated to the field of psychology, encompassing education, training, direct support, and active engagement with individuals in various settings, I’ve witnessed the incredible resilience of the human spirit. My journey, including postgraduate studies in Psychology at Lund University, Sweden, has not only broadened my knowledge of current research but also deepened my understanding of human experiences, informing how I support you.
My expertise lies in dasein therapy, a unique and profound approach to understanding the human experience. Dasein, a German word that translates to „being-there,“ emphasizes our existence in the world and how we make meaning of our lives. Unlike traditional therapies that focus on diagnoses and symptom reduction, dasein therapy delves into the fundamental questions of existence: Who am I? What is my purpose? How do I relate to the world around me? It recognizes that our experiences are shaped by our unique perspectives, values, and choices. In essence, it’s about exploring your authentic self and how you create your own reality. We’ll focus on your lived experiences, your relationships, and the ways in which you navigate the challenges and opportunities of life. This approach encourages you to take ownership of your existence and discover your own path to fulfillment.
I believe in empowering you to discover your own path to well-being, fostering a sense of agency and self-discovery. Recognizing the profound interconnectedness of mind and body, I also bring my experience as a licensed personal trainer and nutrition advisor, as well as a certified yoga instructor, promoting a truly holistic approach that nurtures your overall well-being. This integrated perspective, drawing on my expertise in mental health, physical fitness, and nutritional guidance, allows us to address your challenges from multiple angles, creating a more comprehensive and effective therapeutic experience.
Discover Your Strength. I'm Here to Listen.
Through the convenience of online therapy, you can access this support from anywhere in the world. I understand that life can be demanding, and my goal is to make therapy accessible and convenient for you. My international experience in various psychiatry and psychology placements has broadened my understanding of diverse perspectives and experiences, reinforcing my belief in the unique wholeness of each individual. You can expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our sessions, a space where you feel safe to explore your inner world without judgment.
